Losing a loved one is undoubtedly the hardest part about life. How do you navigate? How do you function? How do you go on? These are some of the pondering questions that we all have when losing a loved one. One thing that really helps me in my journey in dealing with grief, is talking and listening to others who are or have gone through what I'm going through. My podcast represents that support group that is needed when you are on that road to self healing. It takes a village, so let's be each others village!
